GOVERNMENT IS PLANNING TO OPEN 11 NEW INDUSTRIAL ESTATES

In order to enhance manufacture, Indonesia government is planning to build 11 industrial estates in
next 5 years. Four main areas will be outside Java, namely; Bintuni (West Papua), East Halmahera (
North Maluku), Morowali (Center Sulawesi), Bantaeng ( South Sulawesi). The development will be
match to available resources in specific area. For instance: Bintuni industrial estate will focus on
petro chemical and fertilizer.

Adakah emiten property atau konstruksi/infrastructure yang diuntungkan dari rencana pemerintah ini?
Biar masa lama juga (5 tahun kedepan) boleh diperhatiin tuh buat jangka panjang.
